At Olive Avenue, we value our customers and want to create a local experience in an online setting.  Our social media and online store serve to wholly communicate our mission, to cultivate a local passion for vintage. We seek to equally and fairly serve all and share ways to live in little luxuries.

Olive Avenue customers are our number one priority. We will safely store and protect any customer information. We do not sell, trade, or transfer private client information to any outside parties. 

Submission of customer information helps us curate your experience on this website. This information is used for the purpose of processing transactions and keeping clients updated through voluntary email marketing. Membership with Olive Avenue is safe and secure. 

Ordering & Shipping

At Olive Avenue, we do our best to process and ship orders promptly. Online orders will be processed and shipped within 3 to 5 business days. Shipping costs are based on the United States Postal Service ship rates and will be calculated accordingly based on location at checkout. 

Because Olive Avenue is a Fayetteville located business we will offer local pick-up on weekdays. This option is available at checkout and you will receive a notification whenever your order is ready for pick-up which will include a location for pick-up.

Olive Avenue also offers free local delivery to customers in the NWA area. Delivery areas include locations between Fort Smith and Bentonville.

Transactions & Returns

Online, Olive Avenue accepts credit & debit card payments as well as PayPal. If you are interested in shopping via social media, please message us to inquire about purchase options. 

All sales are final. Due to the nature of the store, Olive Avenue does not accept any returns or refunds on purchases made online or through social media.
